Most standard jobs dispatch within 1–2 working days once you approve the proof. Business cards ordered before 11 am go out the same evening. Foiling, embossing and rigid-box work add 2–3 days, since each is a separate pass.

Yes — anywhere in Pakistan by courier, complimentary on orders over Rs. 2,500. Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Faisalabad and Quetta typically arrive 2–3 days after dispatch. Collection from any of our three studios is always free.

EasyPaisa, JazzCash, debit and credit cards, and direct bank transfer. Cash is accepted at any studio. Orders above Rs. 100,000 are 50% advance with the balance on dispatch.

Send it anyway. We open every file by hand, add bleed if it’s missing, convert to CMYK and return a proof within about three working hours. Nothing goes to press until you approve it. No artwork at all? Our studio can create it from Rs. 2,000.

Yes. We’ll send a free sample pack of paper stocks and finishes, and for packaging a single unprinted box in your size. On runs over Rs. 50,000 we can produce one printed sample first, charged at short-run rate and credited against the full order.

If it doesn’t match the proof you approved, we reprint at our cost and collect the bad stock. If the error was in the file you approved, we’ll offer a discounted rerun rather than leave you stuck with it.
